YouTube has a new favorite, move over singing sirens and rave reviewers, here’s 62-year-old Tatiana Subbotina and her mad skills with the green screen. This adorable grandma (yes, we all wish ours was this cool, too) has become a YouTube sensation in Russia after her videos using green screen. Once she got the hang of using Chroma Key composite or as otherwise widely known as green screen video editing, she just took off on her flying carpet.
Just take a look at this,
Grandmas are probably never on a list of a people to ask for tech advice, but Tatiana has a good grip on this software of video editing and through her hilarious videos is sharing and explaining her skill set worldwide. To be honest, rather than usable advice everybody is crowding her YouTube channel for the pure fun of watching her videos, which she clearly enjoys making as much as we have watching them.
She started a YouTube channel in 2013 while in Thailand, the next thing you know she taught herself how to chromakey composite and was soon making teaching videos for kids. She loves what she does and the fact that she is completely self-taught makes her worth a sensation. While I’m still struggling to teach my mom texting, this adorable Russian granny just went ahead and learned software with a steep learning curve. This even led her to a popular Russian talk show with Vecherniy Urgant, I’m sure she rocked the TV screen, too.
Green screen grandma, adventures around the world, has her own children’s show based on Peppa Pig characters and even a Christmas special episode, too. Although, most of us won’t follow Russian this did not stop her videos from getting thousands of views on her videos and followers, too. It’s just the best thing ever to watch because you don’t want to miss her surreal plots and superpowers on the green screen.
Without any further ado you should go check out her YouTube channel and don’t forget to subscribe because she updates her feed quite regularly, she’s quite the poster girl of all the rocking grannies out there.
So, what are you waiting for? Christmas!
Well, grandma Tatiana has been there and done that. Your move.
