Blue Valentine directed in the year 2010, where a couple is in a troubled marriage. They try their best to make ends meet and make things work, but nothing good really happens. The situation becomes tense and it will eventually touch one’s heart with honesty.

3. Take this Waltz

Take this Waltz is yet another film that shows a lonely wife who remains dissatisfied despite his husband being being caring and devoted. One day she meets a charming artist, thus building up awesome chemistry between the two. She finally gives in to temptation. This movie is a visual treat.

‘Once’ is a musical masterpiece that was directed in the year 2006. Musicians and actors Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova play the lead character roles. In the movie they fall in love with each other because of their passion for music. They also won an Oscar composing a soundtrack on their own. Celeste and Jesse Forever is a movie in which Jesse and Celeste are high school lovers and get married early. Celeste is a successful owner of a media company, while Jesse has no ambitions or plans to make ends meet or change his lifestyle anytime soon. They file for divorce where Celeste thinks this is beneficial for both of them while on the other hand Jesse still loves her. A certain turn of events makes her reconsider decision of divorce, but what remains to be seen is if it is too late to go back.

‘5 to 7’ directed by Victor Levin where Brian meets a beautiful French woman on a beautiful rainy day. Soon he learns that she is in an open marriage and has two children. They enter into a relationship on one condition that they can meet every day from 5 to 7. Soon they yearn for longer hours. What remains to be seen is what happens if they break rules.

10. Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind

‘Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind’ directed by Michael Gondry where Jim Carrey stars as the character of Joel Barish where he discovers that his ex-lover has gotten all her memories removed of their broken relationship through an experiment. This breaks his heart and he decides to do the same. But the procedure goes all wrong as he seems to be fighting it. He finally realizes that he doesn’t want to let go his memories just yet.

An education – Jenny is a good student with a very good future. She is ambitious but that goes for a toss, when she meets an attractive man of twice her age. He introduces her to his adult socializing world, as she quits her education as she gets carried away. Finally her world breaks apart when she learns that he nothing is but a fraud.
